CONSULTANT, TRAINER OR COACH
Whereas consultants concentrate on changing the system, coaches focus on the people working in the system. While trainers and consultants give advice and share extensive specialist knowledge, coaches dare to not know the answers. Their strength is in identifying the individual situation and enabling the client to break out of the rigid patterns of thinking and behaviour and find own solutions.
In regular one-to-one sessions, a very personal, individual and trusting client relationship develops. This allows the coachee to dismantle facades, find more clarity and decision-making power. The task of the coach is to be a reliable partner, who actively listens, encourages, provokes and empowers.
Coaching is always an exciting journey. The journey to oneself and one's own strengths and abilities.
